Privacy policy

What we collect
- Your quiz answers and result. They stay in your browser unless you reserve the launch offer.
- Your email address, only if you type it in to reserve the launch offer. With it we store your quiz answers and result, which price you were shown, the time, and how you found us (for example the ad campaign or link you clicked).
- Usage events: page views, quiz start and finish, opening the offer, and reserving. These carry a random visitor ID, not your name.
The quiz does not ask for photos, and we don't collect any.
How we use it
- To email you when the calibrated photo analysis launches, with your discount. That's the only email we plan to send about it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand which pages and prices work, and to measure our ads.
We don't sell your information.
Who processes it
- Google Cloud / Firebase hosts this site and stores reservations.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): we use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure our ads. They may receive the events above, your browser's ad cookies, IP address and user agent, and, if you reserve, a one-way hashed copy of your email address so Meta can match the sign-up to an ad. Meta's use is governed by its own privacy policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep reservation emails until the launch email is sent and for up to 12 months after, then delete them unless you become a customer. To see, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe, contact us and we'll do it.
Children
True Palette is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
